Efficient and Precise Linear Algebra Software.

Our library provids users with a correctly rounded implementation of blas interface. For this we use the most efficient and recent algorithms of summation. The use of complicated algorithms is transparent for the user. All inputs and outputs of all subroutines are in standard IEEE754 double precision (binary64) format. More intermediate precision is used efficiently to guarentee the best accuracy and performance for the user.
